By the great Grace of God, we are happy to announce that our Church Web Site is now on line. If God willing we plan for a live user demonstration  after our Sunday Service shortly. We thank all involved with our efforts for  your support, encouragement and blessings. As there are many private  privileges for the registered members of our parish, viz. We will be registering the members  only after confirmation of the Email Address from you. As this is a crucial  time of the construction of the New Church building, we will try our level  best to bring you the frequent progress status of the construction to your  home through this Web Site. Ciby Abraham is the pioneer for a Web Site for our Church. Accordingly a suitable available name was coined and registered the ID 'stgregoriosphila.org' as the official URL for the St. Gregorios Church, Philadelphia. Ciby had single-handedly designed and published a Site with many good modules like Google Calendar, Gateway Bible, Yahoo Road Map and a cute Photo Gallery. This Site was maintained from 2006.

During the beginning of 2008, Our Church General Body had decided to modify the Website to make it more interactive with the Parish Members. Accordingly a Web Team was entrusted for the design and development of the New Portal.

WEBSITE TEAM

The Web Technical team had discussed and debated and unanimously decided to go for an Open Source Content Management Systems Design. Accordingly, Ciby and Manoj worked on it and brought out a very efficient prototype template, which acted as a skeleton over which we built our site. This is exclusively designed for Church requirement and it is totally database driven.  Now it needs a special mention of Manoj Chacko of the team for his tremendous effort for a micro analysis of template design. Manoj had totally reworked the theme for a pleasant looking light color scheme, extended for screen full width fluid design, added many modules for Calendar, Multimedia, Gateway Bible reading etc. etc. and fully revamped the Portal as per the thought-of requirement of our Church Website. In short we say Manoj is the Architect of the current design of our Web Site.

By the blessings from God, with the guidance of Ciby Abraham and Manoj Chacko, we had published the skeleton portal in our Official Web URL in a hired Server on May 29, 2008. With the co-operation of all our Team Members, our Church Web Site is now fully installed.
