SOUVENIR Our Parish General Body had found that it would be appropriate to publish a Souvenir on the occasion of the planned consecration of the new Church, which is under construction. Church consecration is joyous one time event in the history of a congregation. Souvenir will be the sweet memorial of that historic occasion. This Souvenir is not be simply a collection of advertisements, but it will be a beautiful memento about the Philadelphia St. Gregorios Church and its members that each one of us should feel honored to preserve for generations to come. With this in mind, we will have a dedicated section of the Souvenir with information on parish families with photographs of all members.
The publication of this Souvenir will be one of the many sources of income that we expect to offset the cost of construction of the new Church building. With this in mind, the Souvenir Committee suggested that each family should reserve one page for its photograph and/or related information and additional pages for those families who would like to include photographs of their parents or in memory of those departed loved ones. The price for one page is $500. It is our earnest wish that each family of our parish reserves at least one page of the Souvenir; families with financial difficulties should reserve at least one-half page at a cost of $275.

SOUVENIR -2009 EDITORIAL BOARD 1.2. Souvenir Kick-Off Meeting: On the day of the Church 'Corner Stone' laying ceremony, which was celebrated on March 30, 2008 we had convened an official kick-off meeting of the Church Dedication Souvenir at the parish hall of the Ascension Marthoma Church, North East Av. Philadelphia. Our diocesan Metropolitan H.G. Mathews Mar Barnabas Metropolitan had presided over the meeting. Diocesan Metropolitan H.G. Mathews Mar Barnabas had handed over the first Check to our Vicar V. Rev. K. Mathai Cor-Episcopa and inaugurated Souvenir activities.
